Achieve a mass of at -least- 5 pipers, 2 snares and 1 bass drum. This is the minimum required to enter Grade 5 sanctioned competition.
Spend no more than 2 years at Grade 5, before being upgraded to Grade 4
Establish a youth band program, which also competes. Youth are the future of piping and drumming.
That's it. that's the goals. These goals may be evaluated, and modified as success requires.
